Over 50’s Keep Active Project

There are 1.9 million older people (over 50) living in London and that number is increasing all the time. Our aim is to create sustainable lifestyle changes leading to improved health and well-being, reduced isolation and greater independence.

It’s estimated that four out of 10 people over 50 do little or no exercise.
