THE GREAT NEWS! We will be starting new Qi Gong classes from Wednesday 9th March 2016 at Stanley Hall12 South Norwood Hill, SE25 6AB from 6:45 pm to 7:45 pm.,
Thank goodness for change!
Stress, anxiety and depression are common terms in today’s society. People are searching for a holistic and innovative new type of exercise class to tackle the adverse effects of tension, and balance the pressures of city life.
Since 2008 we have been evolving an exercise system, which:
- Combines the energetic and physiological benefits of Tai Chi wellness utilising Qi Gong
- Employs positive psychology using NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques
- Includes meditative breathing and Guided imagery techniques to reinvigorate self at the cellular level
Over the last 5 years, we have piloted classes internationally in places such as Southern Africa, Jamaica and closer to home in South London, UK. After analyzing our data we noticed a wide range of participants experienced significant life changing results in just 4 weeks. Others noticed an impact after their very first session. Testimonial from international author Svetlana Meiehofer.
The benefits of this type of integrated exercise have recently been reported in the South London Press attracting actors; designer’s; politician’s; authors; historians; and many other professionals to regularly attend and benefit from our low-impact, stress-busting exercise system. Testimonial from a JFK Historian.
Please feel free to come along and bring a friend!
