Timeline Therapy

Time Line Therapy is a collection of techniques that allow you to produce long-lasting transformation very quickly and easily so you can gain emotional control over your life.

Qi Gong

Qi Gong, Chi Kung, or Chi Gung 氣功 literally “Life Energy Cultivation” is a practice of aligning breath, movement, awareness and intention for exercise, healing, and meditation. Qi Gong practice traditionally involves rhythmic breathing coordinated with repetitions of fluid movement, a calm state of mind, and visualisation of guiding Qi through the body. From a philosophical perspective, Qi Gong helps you grow human potential enabling greater awareness, and awaken one’s full ability.
